The Board of Directors of the Visitation Scholarship Program has always been comprised of dedicated individuals. Our current Board has collectively given over 100 years of service to the VSP with an average tenure of 9 years. The longevity of its Board members speaks to the quality of the program, as well as the positive, collaborative atmosphere at Board meetings. The VSP Board members bring valuable experience from a wide range of professions in the private sector, which helps them steer the program in the right direction. Founded in 1989, one year before students were accepted into the program, the Board of Directors has provided a firm foundation for the VSP. Its three working committees (Finance, Fundraising & Development, and Student Affairs) evaluate and plan for the future success of the program.
